What would you, what kind of advice would you give to somebody who maybe doesn't, you know, you have that, you have the ability and the years of experience to say, you know, this is harder water. I think I just want a little more out of my coffee.

I'm to tighten it up, extend that, you know, tighten up the grind, do my thing. But it's like there's a lot of young kids out there who get up there and something happens and they want to just throw in the towel because it's an understandable feeling. You know, you like hit that stress. You're like, I'm screwed. It's over. you know, what kind of advice would you give them to, like, encourage them through that,

There will always be a point either in training or in competition, and usually both, at which
