but it's interesting because it's the way of looking at salt that is most used in scripture.

So I don't know how for so long we have as a church overlooked this aspect of what it means to be

salt. If you are following along with us last episode is persecution and Jesus talked about in

verses 10, 11 and 12 of Matthew 5 that you're blessed if you're persecuted because it means you're

a part of the kingdom of heaven and it means not only that not only that you're going to heaven

but you're a part of the company of people that are going to heaven because he says in verse 12

every single one of the prophets was persecuted for preaching the good news for preaching repentance.

Now when Jesus is talking I want you to remember back to episode mountain he was talking to his
