Aliza, what kind of trail safety tips do you have for us?

I've always been the type of person that has thought that I'm invincible and nothing can

really go wrong on the trail.

And I'm just going out for a run.

But a few years ago, I did learn that that's not really the best mentality.

So just a few tips I have for people, whether they're beginners or pros, is that the number

one thing you should do is tell somebody where you're going and when you expect to be home.

And that way, if something does go wrong, people can at least have a general idea of where

you're at.
