he's out with a new book called Trailblazer and makes the case for business being about much more than the bottom line.

He thinks billionaires like himself should pay much higher taxes and warns about the cost of growing inequality.

He tells me CEOs have largely gotten a pass.

Plus, he makes the case for breaking up big tech.

Well, you were there in Davos at the World Economic Forum in 2019, and I said Facebook is the new

cigarettes. We've talked about this before. It's addictive. It's not good for you. They're after your

kids. They're running political ads that aren't true. They're giving your data to tens of

thousands of organizations

without your knowledge. And they're also acquiring other companies and commingling their data

into theirs. And I think at that point, because they're now doing that, that they probably should

be broken up. And his argument for Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, often called the Internet's most

important law to be, quote, abolished. Also, his personal journey to the C-suite, the impact his

father and grandfather had on him, and the value of being vulnerable. Plus, what does he hope

his kids will say about him one day? Here's my conversation with
