It was great to chat with him. We we were on tour together. I was just doing his merch on his tour. In fact, and we had a day off and we recorded this in my hotel room. So it was incredibly relaxed and nice to get a chance to sit and chat with this guy.

He's someone that's really influenced me as an artist and a writer. I remember going to see his first or some of his first UK gigs in like 2000, 2001, I think and sitting there and thinking or not only thinking I like this thinking I would like to do this for my job. And it was a huge inspiration to me. And then obviously years down the line, he released my album.
