Wherever you find yourself today,

these moments of prayer and meditation

are significant in your life.

We are connecting with God, the one who created us.

I want to encourage you to quiet your mind and your heart.

Today, I want to read over you,

Psalms 91, and declare that you are safe and secure. Find a place to settle in. Maybe close your

eyes or put your phone down, or look out into nature. This Psalm has 16 verses, and as I read this over you,

visualize God's huge arms of protection surrounding you, lifting you, and carrying you.

In the Passion Translation, Psalms 91 says,

When you abide under the shadow of Shaddai,

you are hidden in the strength of God most high.

He's the hope that holds me,

the stronghold to shelter me,

the only God for me,

and my great confidence. He will rescue you from

every hidden trap of the enemy, and he will protect you from false accusation and any deadly curse.

His massive arms are wrapped around you, protecting you.

You can run under his covering of majesty and hide.

His arms of faithfulness are a shield keeping you from harm.

You will never worry about an attack of demonic forces at night,

nor have to fear a spirit of darkness coming against you.
