Today's guest is a dear friend of mine.

We have been friends for years now and we've walked through a lot of different things together.

So having her on the show, sharing a piece of her story with me and you is something that I'm very proud of.

Safa and I dive into a conversation about healing,

navigating and soothing our emotional triggers that come along with trauma

and acknowledging self-forgiveness and dismissing self-blame.
