Beautiful. Great audience. So we got to get straight to it because we got so much going on right now. I guess for people who aren't familiar with you, can you tell us your quick story? Yeah. Well how quick. I've

been a business consultant for the last 10 years, building a lot of direct sales

teams for some of the biggest companies in the nation. We have offices all over the country and the last five years I've

gone more into helping small businesses we started to fund, started a coaching

program, started kind of diversifying from there but I really cut my teeth working with the big boys.

Okay. So when you say you work with small businesses, what does that mean?

Doing a lot more coaching and support of small businesses. My heart is small business. So pre- Pandemic,

69% of the jobs in the United States were created by small business and they tend to have a higher

satisfaction rate than people who work with big businesses because you're more likely,

not necessary, but more likely to be treated like family, deeper connections, and in many ways more opportunities.

So obviously COVID had a really gnarly impact on small business and they're coming back now and a lot of people starting new business the old saying
