talking about this book a lot of what we talk about has to do with people's

experiences in response to trauma and that trauma could be of a range of

different severity and duration and depth and we want to honor that and at the

same time we know that there are people who have life experiences that from what we can

tell primarily appear out of fundamental brain physiologic challenges.
