So yesterday I posted, actually it was last night, I posted the question, why do you think

people are so anxious right now? And I need to say that I put in the context of the post there are obvious reasons but

nevertheless I want to ask and I'll be real I actually had the most anxiety field

day yesterday I feel great today actually I came in ready to roll but

yesterday it was near physical it was just that something was off I was

worried about everything I could not get my mind to slow down. I was dreading the future. I was feeling

overwhelmed by even little tasks. I had a really hard time making decisions yesterday. And so it was on my mind and at the end of the day I was like what is going on with me why is this happening and I really feel like there are reasons that transcend just the pandemic but certainly the pandemic is one of that

all of us are feeling really overwhelmed and really that all of us are feeling really overwhelmed and really anxious

and I wanted to read to you some of the most liked comments.
