business together five years ago. And as a quick refresher, this case was a double homicide

and Collierville, Tennessee. The two victims names were Victor and Ala Kaliznikau.

It occurred on August 5, 1998. Victor Kaliznikau was a nuclear scientist working for the government.

He was also a out of landlord. Slumlord is the right way to describe him.

But he had a lot of properties and sounds like some pretty shady dealings with his property.

Him and his wife were both shot to death and they're sleep and their house burned down.

And a man named Greg Lance was the only suspect that the police ever looked into and was convicted

and has spent about 20 years in prison since then. It's a very, very interesting case.
