I'm good, thanks, yeah, I've had a little holiday actually a few days away and I've already

listened to this episode, I've listened to your conversation Mitch, I'm really enjoyed this one,

who are the listeners going to be tuning into here in conversation with this week?

I'm speaking with Ashley, Mormon, Pascio and she is an amazing person, I love talking to her,

I went for a ride with her a couple of weeks ago and we were just talking on and on and on,

I'm a big talker but she's a great talker too so her and I were chewing each other's ears off

and I thought I've got to get it on the podcast, she is amazing, she's from South Africa,

she's a climber, she's got other interests as well, she's got a degree in chemical engineering,

she owns her own sort of hotel business called Rocker Corb Cycling, she's got the striver

up Rocker Corb, a very famous climb just outside of Gerona, so much interesting stuff to talk about,

she's the eSport World Champion, you know what can she do? She's great, great personality,

great to talk to, it's a really really good podcast and I just love sitting down chewing the fat

with her, we just sort of chewed up all her time in the afternoon, she's so busy, she's

hitting off the Norway and she made time for me just a few days ago just to record this episode.

Well I don't want to spoil it for people by giving away too much of what she says towards the end

of the podcast but the kind of the last third is a real deep dive into the Olympic road race,

the Women's Olympic road race which was won by a real outsider, a real surprise Anna Kiesenhofer

of Austria pulled a fast one on the super powerful Dutch team and the rest of the peloton and her

insight into the race from the perspective of being in that peloton is absolutely fascinating,
