Yeah. Yeah, sorry about last week. It's not my normal form. I've not missed many of the last five years doing this podcast, but last week I was rough I went up to London

21st to November I think to no I can't remember I have seen what the date was when was it

let me just check my calendar because you know these things are important to me.

The yeah, 22nd into the 23rd. So the 22nd was an awards is the Personal Finance Society awards.

Probably the sort of Premier Awards event in my profession,

where I was blessed to receive a special award for outstanding consumer engagement for this very podcast.

And so that was great.

But I came back

Woke up on a Thursday night at home just, oh God, throat's a bit scratchy.

By 2 o'clock Friday afternoon, I'm on a Zoom call to a client.

Hi John.

And John said, you need to go and you need to go to the GP and get a look at

doctor took one look at my throat and said oh yes we need to get you on some

antibiotics and so I just finished them actually 10 days worth of antibiotics.
