great to have you with me. It's 730 in the morning recording this so if I'm

sounding a little bit croaky no amount of singing along to rush in the car

on the way end of the office has appeared to warm up my voice

so that's why I'm a little bit croaky but great to be with you once again

speaking to you actually from my not quite finished but newly refurbished office and studio

when it's done I'll put a video on the website very exciting so financial success

generally takes a while and because that's the case we have to make decisions and often the same

decision over and over again year after year and all the while we're trying to make those

decisions the right sort of decisions for our financial future,

all the while we're being bombarded with reasons to make the wrong decisions or maybe just deferring decisions when they need to be made.
