Welcome friends to Pints for Jack and welcome to today's season 8 retrospective.

This season we've read chapter by chapter through Peralandra, we explored Jack's bookshelf and spent a month in Narnia,

and last episode we gave our advice concerning the reading of till we have faces for the first time.

But Tempus Fuget, and at the time of recording, my son will be born in under three weeks,

and at the time of publishing of this episode,

you'll already be a week old, which means that today is our final episode of season eight.
