Welcome friends to Pints for Jack. This season we've been reading chapter by chapter

through Peralandra and explore Jack's bookshelf, but today we begin Narnia Month.

Woohoo! Now in previous seasons of Narnia Month, we discussed one of the books of the Chronicles of Narnia.

But last season, we finished our last canonical book, The Last Battle.

So this season, we're going to be beginning something a little different.

We're now going to be going through, in order, the various cinematic and TV adaptations of the Chronicles.

And so this season, we begin with a short surviving section of the 1967 live action

adaptation by ITV, which is a TV channel in the United Kingdom, as well as a 1979 feature

length American, although there is English dubbing, cartoon.

And that was what you heard

at the opening of this episode. It's actually how the story begins with Lucy coming out of the
