This is John Batchel, a conversation with Titus Tocera, the film critic at the National

Review Online and other distinguished venues, commenting on the three animal farms, one made in the

1950s, another one made at the end of the 20th century, and now a new one from the very

extremely impressive actor, Andy Circus,

who was Golem in Lord of the Rings.

What I learned from Titus is this one's been made into a strange version of the villainy.

The villain is Silicon Valley.

Sounds like a good idea. But is Silicon Valley. It sounds like a good idea.

But is Andy, his Titus to describe the strange version of the 21st century animal farm.

Yeah, you're right.

This guy is a really talented actor,

famous for the Lord of the Rings,

for the Golem role and the circus.

And he's also, about 15 years back,

he brought back the old Planet of the Apes movies.

They were rebooted around 2011, I think it was a little later.

And he played the famous chimpanzee Caesar.

So that's his bread and butter, bringing human expressiveness to animal characters.

And so what is he going to do with animal farm?

Is he worried about totalitarianism?

Somebody might point to China and say it's comparatively as dangerous as the USSR.
