my colleague, Professor Evan Ellis of the U.S. Army War College about Cuba, not only the

indictment of Rao Castro, the 94-year-old brother

of the dictator who is now deceased, for murder of peaceful protests off the island of Cuba in 1996

by men flying airplanes that were unarmed and were murdered at the order of Rao Castro.

But also the possibility that what we're looking at here is an island that is self-destructive

and needs to be persuaded.

And the professor alludes to the possibility of a military intervention by the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps and so forth.

But there is a hesitation as to what model it will look like.
