Today. I'm John Batchel with my good colleague Bob Zimmerman. He keeps the website behind the black. NASA, the second most famous of all big space, first being Ros Cosmos, but that's momentarily

taken us out of contention.

However, we turn to NASA's budget, and Bob's been looking at the way it's reported to

the American people while it goes through the hearings in Congress.

Bob?

Yes, so there were hearings both in the Senate and appropriation hearings and committees

in the Senate and in the House where Jared Isaacman was testifying in front of these

committees.

This is in the past week, and both times it had to do with NASA's budget.

And I noted that the press continually reports this in only one way.

Only one way.

It's very boring.

It's always any cuts are bad.

The Congress is against those cuts.

Those cuts aren't going to happen.

And that's not what happened to these two hearings.

It was very clear to me that when Isaacman

came to both the Senate and the House, he was met by pretty much a more or less friendly
