We turn to Eurasia, but especially to Europe now.

Raw data suggests that the economies there are fragile,

and the troubles in the Middle East not resolved

make those governments now anticipate worst-case scenario.

It's not necessarily doomed, but things are not positive.

For example, Anatole, I spoke to our colleague

Judy Dempsey in Berlin in these last hours, and getting gas at noontime is advised in Berlin.

It's said to be capped at 220 euro, 222 euro per liter, which means it's being subsidized.

The same thing I'd heard from French farm country the week before, the Marine Le Pen lands. I'm told that Ireland is all

subsidizing and very badly dealing with the possible cutoff of oil. We're told that the last of the oil to leave the Hormuz straits

before the blockades were put in,

the Iranian threat and the actual U.S. Navy blockade

have reached the refineries, and there's no more coming.

So Europe right now is more than concerned about a downturn,

a sharp downturn, which will rile all the politics. And I point immediately to Germany. You and I watch it

very carefully. AFD is looking to win the Saxony-Althite election coming up, the state election, with an overwhelming

success.
