Yes, I mean, let's take Dubai as an example.

I think Dubai has tried to portray itself as a pillar of stability throughout the years,

and that's why they've been inviting expats and foreign investments throughout the past few decades.

The thing is, when Iran launches drones and missiles against Dubai in the UAE in a broader sense,

it can create an environment, especially for the expats, that this is no longer a place that we can live in.

And so we're seeing a lot of people leave.

And, I mean, it's going to take years for Dubai to rebuild that reputation, that it's safe,

especially if the regime in Iran survives.

Because, again, the distance is very, I mean, it's a very short distance between Dubai and Iranian shores.

We've seen more than 2,000 projectiles launched in the last month. It will be very

hard for these Gulf states to rebuild what they lost. Maybe not. I mean, I'm not talking about

the material cost, but I'm talking about their reputation and their image as stable states.
