We begin with the diplomats, because the diplomats are making very large promises and delivering.

We begin in Cuba. Mary, there are headlines in the Reuters

Americas that suggest something unusual is happening in Nevada after decades of oppression and

poverty. Trump says he can do anything I want with Cuba goes the major headline. Then Cuba's

national electric grid collapses, leaving millions without power.

Then Russia says it supports Cuba after Trump says he will take, in quotes, the Communist

Republic. Translate all this is that the Secretary of State, Mr. Rubio, is said to be in lengthy

conversation with the regime led by a man named Diaz Canal and the family

of Raul Castro, the brother of Fidel Castro, whose grandson is looked to sponsor if and when

there is a change of weather in Havana, sponsor the future. This is an island that is without power or was reported so in the

last hours, has been poverty-stricken for years, millions have fled, millions more would like to

flee. However, the United States of America hosts citizens who have Cuban origin or whose parents

have Cuban origin, the Secretary of State being one of them,

and has an interest of, intimate interest in solving Cuba and releasing that island from the

brutality of our adversaries. So, Mary, I come to you with the diplomats challenge. What is to be

done and what is the best case scenario going forward.
