I love the NovavEC story, frankly.

So here's this company that spent in years failing.

They tried to make vaccines for pretty much everything.

HIV, SARS, swine fluid, bulha, mers, you name it.

They tried to create a vaccine and they couldn't.

This guy, Gail Smith, as the head scientist there,

and yet they still believed in their approach, creating a protein in the labs, injecting it and then teaching the immune system.
