who is in Guam, the Pacific Islands.

But Cleo has been watching the story of the Chagos Islands.

This is a group of islands in the dead center of the Indian Ocean.

And one island in particular, Diego Garcia, is a massive airbase.

The U.S. uses to project power into the Middle East.

Right now, for example, the KC-135 is based out of Diego Garcia.

In the potential of conflict over Tehran for some days,

are going to be vital to maintaining the air campaign.

Diego Garcia is part of the Chegos Islands.

It is the intention of the government in London to hand the governance of the Chegos Islands to Mauritius.

There is no history of this.

Mauritius was part of the British Empire conquered conquered by gunboats in the 18th and 19th century.

So is Diego Garcia, so were the Cheggos.

But when we last spoke of this story, Cleo, it was a done deal.

The House of Lords was going to vote and it was going to go through.

But there's been a stop order.

The President of the United States spoke negatively of this matter.

And right now there's a holdup in Parliament, although it might be procedural again.

I can't tell.
