Yep. The Expedition 11 crew on ISS has successfully this week, undocked on the Dragon Endeavour capsule, and splashed down off the coast of California and recovered

This crew came back a couple of weeks earlier than originally planned because a medical

incident occurred on one of its crew members.

And they have not told us who and they have not told us what.

All they've said is that the incident occurred, and it seemed to be pretty sudden

because it happened as they were preparing to put on spacesuits for a spacewalk,

and they suddenly announced, we need to talk to a doctor, and they canceled the spacewalk. They say the crew member was stable, but they wanted to bring them home quickly.

And so they, since the mission was close to finishing anyway, they brought it back a few weeks earlier and it's returned.
