the capitals that are either responding or do not wish any more trouble. And that begins with

Caracas itself, and then on to Havana. Professor, a very good day to you. I have read in the European coverage that there are four major crime families contending for authority in Caracas following the exit of Maduro and its wife.

One is Padrina Lopez, the highest military man, his gang.

Another is Dulce Rodriguez and her brother Jorge, the head of the National Assembly, their gang.

Then there is the man, deistallo Cabello, the head of the Interior Department, Ministry of Interior, which is the police, the guys with the guns.

And finally, there's the Headless Madura clan.

These are four players in the profits of narco-terrorism and smuggling and other bad acting.

How do you measure at this point the stability of these four contending for leadership, for domination.

Well, certainly the various different contending powers in Venezuela is complex.

There's probably a tendency to want to group them into autonomous, identifiable groups.
