are four criminal gangs now competing for domination in Caracas to deal with the Trump administration.

The gang associated with Dulci Rodriguez and her brother Jorge, who's the head of the National Assembly.

Dulce Rodriguez is the acting president, the vice president now elevated to president. There is Dios Dio, the Cabello, the head of
