publications, observing the climate to envy. Simon, a very good day to you. I report here in New England.

It hasn't much been above 30, 35, for several weeks now, snow on the ground. We can hope for a little

thaw before Christmas. And in any event, I'm told this is

a New England winter. Get used to it. Okay. However, I speak to you routinely so I can feel what the

breeze is like when you're not deep-freezed. Now, you do centigrade, we do Fahrenheit. It all comes out

the same thing.

How is the weather today, Mr. Constable? Good day to you.

Good day to you, John. Today it is cloudy. The weather is damp. But the high is 53, and the low this

morning was 44. So that's not that bad at all.

You don't see snow regularly, is that correct?

No, we've seen snow, I think, twice. I think once this year it was half a millimeter,

which is next to nothing. And one winter we saw about an inch, and that was it.
