in learning how to feel healthy, look good, and plan lives we actually like in the midst of all the

everyday chaos. I'm so glad you're here. And today we dive deep into all of those things. We hit on a little bit of

all of it. So we've got the beauty things. We've got some fashion things. Katie and I talk a lot

about chickens and rabbits, which was unexpected, actually. But then we also go into a ton of books

that are being turned into movies and shows this fall and some other movies and shows that I've just been enjoying lately.

And so we really kind of deep dive into all of that.

If you have not read the book Rain from the American Royals series yet and you are planning on reading it, we do talk about that book and our thoughts on the ending and how some of the story ends up.
