I'm John Batchel with Bill Rajo, my colleague and co-host.

He's a senior fellow at the FD, keeping the Long War Journal where you can see routinely

reporting from our colleague John Hardy, eyes on Ukraine, eyes on Ukraine in Moscow and Washington

and Brussels, all of them now part of the conversation as the story moves underneath us,

a 28-point plan from representatives of Mr. Putin and Mr.

Trump, the two men working together, Dimitriov and Whitkoff.

However, now we have news from Europe that the foreign ministers, along with the Secretary of State,

they're the same thing, country by country,

are looking to meet. And at the same time, we have a document, a 19-point plan that is said to be a product of the U.S. negotiating directly with Keefe, something that was not apparent in the

first document. We're very pleased and privileged to welcome John Hardy of FDD to

help us comment on what we know is in the plan of the 28 points. We're not certain that it's in

the 19, although we're told that the 19 avoided the messy part, which Bill is about to identify.

Bill, your question for John.

Yeah, John, there are several issues, as John mentioned,

that seem to be sticking points here.

The NATO-like security guarantee, no NATO troops in Ukraine,

the size of Ukraine's military. And obviously, would Ukraine

have to see territory, including territory that hasn't been taken by the Russians at this point?

Do you think that these issues can be overcome in order to get a ceasefire or a peace agreement between Russia and
