What is going on in Caracas to clean up, not to rescue people, everybody under the ruin is dead. Who's caring for the people

who were rescued? What about the hospitals? What about the schools? What can you tell us,

Alejandro? There is a contrast, John, between what the international community is doing to help,

which is really important, really moving.
