At this point, we have enough information to begin developing a profile of the unidentified

subject that murdered Bill Little.

I believe that based on witness statements, we're looking for a white male, tall and thin.

The unsub has a known personal relationship to Bill.

It's not a friend, but an associate, so to speak.

It's probably older than Bill.

I'm sure.

Likely, at least in his 30s.

He has a history of violence and doesn't think twice about inflicting pain.

He's an enforcer.

He's criminally experienced.

He's not afraid of the police.

He's smart enough not to leave the cash register insert laying around with his fingerprints

all over it.

And new enough to make a quick exit and distance himself from the crime scene as soon

as he had shot Bill.

Which is also an indication that he likely wasn't certain that that was going to happen

when he walked in.

It may have began with just a threat.

And he's confident enough in his reputation for violence, not to be bothered by the two

eyewitnesses who saw him at the station.
