Summary

Do you know how to eat to maximize muscle mass? Eating for gains can be confusing, especially if you’ve been trained to eat for losses. For most women, we've been told to eat less and run more. Gaining muscle requires us to eat, and gaining muscle is also going to do more to get us to our goals than shrinking ever will. In today’s episode, Rachael and Kelsea discuss how muscle is built, why a caloric race to the bottom is a bad idea, and why muscle gain is a long game, not something that happens quickly.
