Jeff Miller and Jeff Durbin, at this point, in my opinion, are the best suspects that

we have in the billed little murder investigation.

I've spent a lot of time researching and reflecting over the last week.

The last thing I want to do is to get tunnel vision at this point in the game.

It's really easy to put together the bones of a theory and then get locked into it, ignoring

all evidence that contradicts it.

The first thing that I think we need to do is take a close look at our theory and compare

it to the state's theory and determine which makes the most sense with the evidence

that we have in front of us.

Let's first consider the state's theory that Jamie Snow killed billed little.

In Jamie's case, working against him is the fact that over a dozen jailhouse snitches

testified that he had confessed to them.

On the flip side of that, several of these witnesses have since recanted, admitting that

they were either threatened, pressured, or falsely testified in exchange for a deal.

In those that haven't recanted, all contradict each other.

No one can actually get their story straight.

There's just no way to put together any kind of a linear narrative or timeline when you

consider all of their statements.
