Tina Griffin seemed to make a lot more use out of Carlos Luna even than Danny Martinez.

And I think that was mostly because of the fact that he actually identified Jamie the first and only time he had the opportunity to do so.

But as we dug further through into that case and we heard about the memo that came out later,

and the affidavit that Carlos Luna wrote later, we find that his eyewitness identification to me was really nothing more than a guess.
