very much work on that now but yes we are building a stadium. I thought this was more like

gardening chat and you're back garden. Young Thomas, well I will only the very best for

young Thomas. Except for the sale stadium, we can't have that can we? Not in it's previously

proposed location, you found me a good location. Are you building this stadium to make up

your guilty conscience for what you could sell? Which stadium are you and your

co-op is going to say companions, colleagues working on? So we've got some very good news last

week, we're working on the Everton stadium. Oh nice. Is that mean building the water effectively?

It is being built on what is now a dock, not only a dock, a UNESCO World Heritage dock.

Wow. Where the stadium will be where 54,000 fans will be sitting in three and a half years time

is currently water. It is a dock. Wow. It's incredible. It's even more incredible at the second

biggest team. I don't know. I'm not getting trouble for saying that but I know that there's two teams

in the same city which is relatively small. 54,000 seats are stadium. What are you going to be

purchasing large quantities or as a quantity space? Is it going to be concrete and then gravel to fill it

in? There's going to be a lot of ground works. There's a lot of reclamation, a lot of draining,
