And when it came to, do we need to be the best at giving people confidence and trust that we are capturing their process as accurately as possible?

And that was a resounding yes.

And so, you know, when we were doing these mockups and prototypes, what we were trying to emphasize was that, you know, this was going to be almost like a paradigm shift in the way people create

documentation, but it's going to be infinitely more delightful than anything that they do today.

That really became the hook for us where people would experience the prototype, see what we

were planning to build, and they'd say, oh my gosh, like, is that actually work? And that's really good feedback to get.
