Nowadays, there's so many services out there that handle scaling for you.

I was going to say it's an afterthought, but it's more like it's like a forethought.

It's like something we think about when we choose our services that we build on, and then

we don't have to think about it again.

So for example, our company is built on Firebase and a bunch of Google Infra, and we're

actually building our audio video infrastructure on top of Zoom's audio video infrastructure.

That's a super intentional and initially painful decision, but it also means that if and as we scale,

we don't have, we don't at all have to worry about scaling video servers or anything like that.

I think the harder thing for us to scale has been team. My name's Alexander
