Fault episode for episode number 33 unconscionable. And in episode 33 I broke

down the first half of former homicide investigator from the Houston

Police Department Billy Belk and up to this point my plan was last week to do

Belk's entire testimony. I was gonna just hit on a few important points so

that we could move past it but as I started to dig into Belk's testimony I

realized that he offers a lot of valuable insight and for the first time he's

not just talking about speculation and theories because that's all we've

heard from just about anyone short of Rossi who did an actual evidence-based

blood spatter analysis which again I agree her blood spatter analysis was not

wrong but then of course for a hundred pages of transcripts she goes on about

what she thinks happened at the crime scene even though she'd never been to

the crime scene and didn't study the crime scene photos and didn't study all

the reports because that's the difference between Rossi and Belk. His Belk

has spent hundreds of hours going through every single report every single

crime scene photo every single crime scene video every transcript everything in

the case in order to formulate his opinions as opposed to the rest of the

experts we've heard who just basically are taking the prosecutor or the police

department's word for what happened and offering an opinion based on that so
