Over the past month or so, I've been pretty rough on Colleen Barnett, the assistant DA who prosecuted

Sandy Melgar.

1:13.3

In my opinion, Barnett took Sandy's case because she was trying to rebuild her career after leaving the DA's office in 2012 due to disciplinary actions from the office of the Chief Disciplinary Council, State Bar of Texas.

1:27.3

She had been brought up on charges for violating in part rule of professional conduct 8.04A3, engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.

1:40.3

2:48.3

You can't hide those indications, and that's why yesterday I knew that you did it.

2:52.3

But now shocking interrogation tapes reveal how the Super Cup really operates.

2:57.3

And that's why they ask me to come in because I'm special.

While Colleen Burnett's behavior at trial was certainly frustrating, and in my opinion unethical, it pales in comparison to her disgusting behavior after the trial.

3:59.3

Colleen is jumped onto any opportunity to slander Sandy and Jim in any public form that would have her.
