Today on Live Well Anyway, host Mackenzie Koppa talks with Robyn Conley Downs, author of The Feel Good Effect: Reclaim Your Wellness by Finding Small Shifts that Create Big Change. Robyn is a wife, mother, speaker, entrepreneur, and wellness advocate. MacKenzie starts off the conversation asking Robyn how she started her website and wellness journey. Then they transition to talking about a different way of looking at goals and planning for the way our lives are right now. Robyn shares the importance of cultivating daily practices and small habits over aiming for some illusive final product. She gets deeper into some of the ideas behind her research, including cognitive behavioral therapy, and how our thoughts affect what we do.
