I love everybody and welcome back to Truth and Justice.

This is your Friday Follow-up episode for episode number 601, our season premiere of season 6 where we're investigating the murder of Jaime Jim Melgar.

The season premiere episode was short and sweet as the premiere episodes typically are in that first episode we're kind of introducing you to the characters telling you the basic version of the story.

Those of you that have maybe researched this case a little bit and you're wondering why wasn't this mentioned or why wasn't that mentioned or why haven't we gotten into other things yet.

That's because that's not what we do in the first episode.

The first episode is the general narrative that we've been told from the people who have pitched us the case.

In this case it was Helen Rose or Helena.

Shoot, I hope I don't get the wrong starting Helen.

The sister-in-law I believe of Elizabeth who is the daughter of Sandy and Jaime who pitched the case to us.

We've spoken to Sandy, we've spoken to the family members.

So that's the basic version of the story but now is the part starting this week where we start to really dig into the evidence and the facts of the case.

That's where things really get interesting.

I know this first episode already raised a bunch of questions so let's go ahead and get started.

For this case, yeah, for this case got like the like Callahan for the West Memphis three case.

Okay, yeah.

Well eventually our website will be that place.

We don't have anything up there yet because like I said in the intro here, the first episode was just kind of telling a story.
