And then I realized that all she wanted was an easy way to send webhooks from her service.

And I'm like, well, you know, my current company, we've been asked to send webhooks all the time.

And every time we said no, for the same reasons, like, oh my God, you know, upfront cost is going to be terrible.

Maintenance is going to be terrible.

And then we have this, like, beautiful product and beautiful API,

and then we're going to have to offer, like, a terrible webbook experience

because we don't have time to focus on that.

Because, like, it's a whole product on its own.

So I'm like, okay, that makes sense.

And I just told her, like, hey, if I build it for you, will you pay me?

And she's like, yeah. And then it was like in a group chat. And someone else said, like, yeah, I'll pay you as well.
