| 1:45.8 | noticing What I do to cope and one of my coping we've talked about coping here before one of my coping strategies is to get my car cleaned. I know that |
| 1:56.0 | sounds like a healthy coping strategy but the reality is it is a controlling thing. I love my car clean. Now let me tell you how this moves from healthy, good to have a car clean, to unhealthy, psycho about having a car clean. |
| 2:11.0 | I have four kids and two of them are at college yes but |
| 2:14.2 | they come home a lot. So my daughter comes home plenty. She came home a few weeks |
| 2:18.6 | ago and I had just had my car clean and my car is always pretty clean because everybody knows I don't keep my life clean like my house isn't always clean but my cars almost always clean and I think it's that it's a domain I can control and keep clean even though I have four kids |
