Previously on The X-Files, we met Elvie, a Polish immigrant who came to the U.S. as a young girl.

She moved from New York to Texas and back again before falling in love with her first husband.

Unfortunately, alcoholism was the demise of her marriage.

Now single, she enters therapy to find herself and get back on good

footing. And then she met a man, otherwise known as La Petit Douche. And while he didn't fit her

physical ideals, he more than made up for it with his kindness and calm demeanor.

That didn't last long when she soon discovered he was still on Tinder and she had a nagging

suspicion that something was off. With all the momentum of a blooming romance and the profession

of I love you's,

it wasn't long before Elvie and La Petit took the next step in their relationship,

moving in together.

Will it make them or break them?

This is the decision that makes sense.

We are always together.

We used to joke that we're living a hobo life

because I would have to have myself there and, you know, blah, blah, blah. We can to joke that we're living a hobo life because like I would have

to have myself there and you know, blah, blah, blah. We can't keep being hobos. And so it felt very

like a linear decision. So I think I convinced myself that we're just not used to this. It seems

different, but it's probably healthy. He was going through the emotions, and I remember, like, this should be an exciting time.

And he just kind of did it.
