And I think part of the hard part was, is that, you know, it did seem like I believe my dad and he said he was so sorry of what he did and he knew it was wrong.

And it took me a long while to realize that he could be so sorry, but yet because he wasn't doing what he did and he knew it was wrong. And it took me a long while to realize that he

could be so sorry, but yet because he wasn't doing what he needs to do to change his behavior,

he could hate what he was doing, but still do it. And I realized, it came to the point where I

realized that I wasn't safe being around him.

It was no longer a matter of, did he care or did he love us, or did he feel sorry?

It was, regardless of whether he does or not, he's not a safe person to be around.

And I think that's where the table starts turning in our brains of like, we need to get out.
