Today is the day.

This is the day that we finally begin working on an actual investigation into the murders

of Michael Moore, Christopher Biers, and Stevie Branch.

Up to this point, we've simply been in the evidence gathering phase, focusing mostly

on victimology.

We've been trying to retrace the boys' steps by gathering any and all sightings of

the boys in the afternoon that they went missing and were ultimately killed.

As with any investigation, at some point you have to make a shift from evidence gathering

to evidence analysis.

Then you have to use that evidence to develop your first hypothesis of how the crime was

actually committed.

At this point, we're about two months in to this re-investigation.

And I think regarding victimology, we've gathered as much information as we can.

And now it's time to start analyzing it.

In today's episode, we're going to go back to the beginning.

Back to 255, when the school bell rang, and Michael, Stevie, and Christopher were

let out of class.

I want all of you to understand as we move forward that what we're working on here today

is what we refer to as a hypothesis.

It's not even to the point of being a theory.

The way this process works is we use the information at hand to try to develop the narrative

that I just mentioned.
