Zoe Lyons who is a fantastic stand-up comedian. I absolutely love her. I've always been enormously

inspired by her and I think we have a really interesting conversation about of course comedy and about that world that we both live in but also about anxiety, alopecia, and getting through the pandemic that we've all just been through and getting to the other side of it.

I loved this conversation. I love Zoe and I really think that you would too. Also if you haven't seen her stand up I can't

recommend her highly enough. She is brilliant. As always I'm going to share some

emails and I would love to be receiving some more. We always get some every
