Good morning millennials. Welcome back to the morning toast happy Thursday the

Thursday of the longest week of all time. Hey Claude how are you doing? Hello

Jacqueline this is literally the longest week of all time. Thank you so much

for pointing that out. Yeah no I felt it to be important last night. I was

sitting in bed and I was like it's only Wednesday. This is criminal and then

my night really took a turn for the worst and we are a little late on

delivering today's podcast and I just need to own up to that and explain what

happened here. Starting at 4 a.m. my smoke detector alarm started going off

beeping once every 30 seconds. I was like laying in bed up timing it and it just

stopped. We had to change the battery and it was a treasurest I was up from four

to five because I couldn't fall back asleep with it in the background. It like it

didn't keep me up after that but like it was so when I had white noise on I had

my noise canceling air pods and I could still hear it and I was like well we

definitely can't podcast if that's going to beep once every 30 seconds I will

drive people insane. No that's a particular type of torture especially if you're

trying to sleep. Yeah and I was just like so worried about Bruno but I checked

in on him and he was sleeping like a little baby. I guess it was just me these

days I'm a light sleeper. It's the body's way of getting you ready for motherhood

so I've heard so I wake up at anything and then I can't fall back asleep.
