It's been a long, slow process over the last several months, breaking down and analyzing both the investigation, the trials, and the convictions of the so-called West Memphis 3.

As mentioned last week, my intention before we take our mid-season break is to give you as much first-hand inside information as to what was going on during the trials.

Last week we heard from Jason Baldwin himself, and this week we're going to get a little better perspective on the conviction of Jesse Lloyd Miskelli Jr.

Jesse's attorney, Dan Stidham, has agreed to come on the show and walk us through his first-hand account of defending Jesse Miskelli.

I'm going to say how grateful I am to do with you this afternoon and participating in this podcast. My name is Dan Stidham.

I represented Jesse Miskelli and over the most infamous crimes to take place in the United States.

The West Memphis murder case back on May 5th, or May 6th, depending on how you want to approach that in the time of death in 1993.

I was the only attorney who worked on the case from the beginning to end.

So I sort of have a very unique context for that I bring to the case.
